Shipping, Policies + Options

Shipping. As collectors ourselves, we offer collector grade shipping!  Every Pop, Mini, Pint, Dorbz….every single one is individually bubble wrapped for protection during shipping.  We use high grade, sturdy boxes for additional protection during shipping. Additionally, we offer $1 soft protectors and $8 hard protectors for every Pop if you want even more protection!

Shipping is typically via USPS but UPS/Fed-Ex are also used on an “as needed” basis.  Shipping rates depend entirely on the receiving state and weight of the package. 

Damage.  We take pride in our shipping and have a wonderful track record with our customers.  If an item does arrive damaged, please contact us so we can work out the best solution for you.  We can be contacted at: info@shopthecollectorsbox.com

Pre-Orders.  Pre-Orders are non-refundable.  Payment is expected at the time of order.  Pre-Order release dates are listed as the date Funko has officially announced.  Sometimes there are lead-time delays from Funko that can delay pre-order shipments to you, as such, Pre-Order expected dates are subject to change.  If you ever have any questions about a Pre-Order ship date, please do not hesitate to contact us at: info@shopthecollectorsbox.com. Pre-Orders will be fulfilled and shipped when the entire order becomes available from the manufacturer.

Returns.  Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase on in-stock items.  Please contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to returning any product.  You can contact us at: info@shopthecollectorsbox.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility should you choose to return an in-stock order.

Local Pick-Up.  Local pick-up is available for those in the Michigan area.  We can meet in the Plymouth/Canton area.

Sales Tax will be charged to Michigan Residents. All Pricing is in USD.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

All Pre-Orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  

In Stock orders maybe be changed within 24 hours if the order has not shipped.  Please contact us at info@shopthecollectorsbox.com to determine we we can accommodate your request.  In Stock orders can only be cancelled if the item has not yet shipped.

 

When will my items ship?

Pre-Order ship dates are based upon not only the release date set by the manufacturer, but also based upon the date we receive stock.  Pre-Order expected dates are subject to change at any time based upon the manufacturer. In-Stock items usually ship the same or next business day depending on the time of your order.  We strive to get your items out to you as quickly as possible.

 

How long will it take to get my order once it has shipping?

Shipping times are dependant upon the type of shipping you chose as well as USPS delivery routes.  First Class Mail typically takes 3-5 days. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days.

 

Can I return my order?
